For products with lids, it is not recommended to use with the lid on in the oven. Cover with the lid after the food has cooled down.

Borcam products are suitable for microwave use. Use it with the lid for up to 2 minutes at 600W. Remember to loosen the lid.
Borcam Bake & Store products should not be used in the microwave with the lid on.

Borcam is resistant to temperatures as low as -20°C and even -40°C, while the plastic lid is resistant down to -20°C. Remove the lid only after the product taken from the freezer has been left at room temperature for a while.

Borcam can be washed on the bottom rack, the lid can be washed on the top rack.
Borcam Non-Stick products should be hand-washed due to their special coating.
The lids of Borcam Bake & Keep and Bake & Store products should be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher, while the glass should be washed on the bottom rack.

Lids are not sold separately.

Borcam ovenware is suitable for use up to 300°C. Most oven-cooked dishes are not recommended to be baked at temperatures higher than 250–260°C. 180–200°C is ideal for foods that require moderate heat, 220–230°C is ideal for foods that need to be cooked quickly at high heat, and 250–260°C is suitable for foods that must be cooked very hot and fast.

Borcam ovenware is suitable for use up to 300°C.

Original Borcam products usually have a “Borcam” or “Borcam by Paşabahçe” logo on the bottom. Be cautious of counterfeit products that do not have this logo.

You can place a solid, scratch-free Borcam dish directly into a preheated 200°C oven after taking it out of the refrigerator. However, if the oven temperature is higher or if you're unsure, it is recommended to let Borcam come to room temperature first. Do not use cracked or scratched products.

Although Borcam products are highly resistant to both cold and heat, it is recommended to let them sit at room temperature for a while after being taken out from the freezer..
